This versatile coffee from Haraaz comes from a farmers co-op called Al-Emadi Coffee which has been sourced through our sister business Saify Burhani Coffee Traders. Located to the west of Sana'a city, Haraaz is a vast region consisting of various villages and small to big farms. These farmers have been growing coffee for generations. No chemical fertilizer is used and all the coffee is hand picked and sun-dried on raised beds. The fruity characteristics come from the natural fermentation that happens during the drying process.
